Vivid Impressions is a full-service film and television production firm located in Atlanta, Georgia. Our team consists of seasoned professionals with backgrounds in television and film production. We create tailor-made, creative and innovative projects that include casting, creative strategy, and directing.

Vivid Impressions has well-established affiliations with other agencies, clients and industry networks. Full Service Event Management and Coordination:

This option is for the client that wants to relax and enjoy the event planning process. All they have to do is select their preference of their options offered by our professionals and our planners will handle the rest (meetings, details, timing, etc.). We take on the hassle so that you can enjoy the planning process and focus on the exciting aspects of your event. This option includes:
  • Budget creation
  • Establishing a planning timeline
  • Organize visitation of and advice on site selection (limit of 4 site visits, same day).
  • Provide Vendor recommendations, collect quotes and review contracts.
  • Attendance at 6 vendor meetings of your choice (Caterer, florist, DJ, etc.)
  • Create event day itinerary.
  • Create floor plan/seating chart.
  • Co-Produce creative development of the event, includes design.
  • On-going updates in trends and creative ideas as needed.
  • Continuous correspondence
  • 2 Hour consultation, one month before the event.
  • Organize and structure event details.
  • Confirmation on vendor arrangements.
  • Attend final walk through at venue(s).
  • Up to 15 hours of onsite directing/coordination for events, wedding, rehearsal, and/or reception (which includes):
    • Arriving early to supervise/assist vendors in delivery and set up.
    • Coordinating the events, rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception.
    • Facilitate timing in accordance with the itinerary (formal introductions, cake cutting, etc.).
    • Bring the “Event Lifesaver Kit.”
    • Assist in gathering gifts, personal items, and décor, etc. after the event.
    • Supervise event load-out teardown.

Partial Event Management and Coordination:

For the client that has already done some of the planning (budgeting, timing, location, etc.), but would like some assistance in choosing reputable vendors and a little guidance on how to design her event, as well as a coordinator to keep things organized and running smoothly the day of. This option includes the following services:
  • Budget Creation

  • Attendance at 4 vendor meetings of your choice (Caterer, florist, DJ, etc.).
  • Create event day itinerary.
  • Create floor plan/seating chart.
  • Co-produce creative development of the event which includes event design.

  • 2 Hour consultation, one month before the event.

Day of Event Management:

This level of assistance is for the client that has completed all of the planning, design, and vendor selections one month or more in advance. All this client needs is a professional event manager to step in and tie their vision together. We use the information that you provide us to make sure your event goes exactly as you’ve planned. This option includes the following services:
  • 2 Hour of consultation one month before the event.
  • Create event day itinerary.
  • Organize and structure event details.
  • Confirmation on vendor arrangements.
  • Attend final walk through at venue(s)
  • Up to 15 hours of onsite directing/coordination for event, wedding, rehearsal and/or reception (which includes):
    • Arriving early to supervise/ assist vendors in delivery and set up.
    • Coordinating the rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception.
    • Facilitate timing in accordance with the itinerary (formal introductions, cake cutting, etc.).
    • Bring the “Event Lifesaver Kit.”
    • Assist in gathering gifts, personal items, and décor, etc. after the event.
    • Supervise event load-out/ teardown.

Wedding Ceremony Only Management:

This package is for the bride/groom who wants coordination of her/his ceremony exclusively. We plan, coordinate and organize your ceremony space, your wedding party and all of the details.
  • 2 Hour of consultation, one month before the wedding.
  • Create wedding day itinerary up to end of ceremony/beginning of reception.
  • Organize and structure wedding processional and recessional.
  • Confirmation on vendor arrangements.
  • Attend final walk through at ceremony venue.
  • Up to 6 hours of onsite directing/coordination for wedding, rehearsal and reception (which includes):
    • Arriving early to supervise/assist vendors in delivery and set up.
    • Coordinating the rehearsal and wedding ceremony.
    • Facilitate timing in accordance with the itinerary (for ceremony only.).
    • Bring the “Bridal Lifesaver Kit.”
    • Assist in gathering personal items, clothing and décor, etc. after the ceremony
    • Supervise event teardown/cleanup of ceremony.

Rehearsal Dinners Only

As a supplementary service we offer planning, coordination, and organization of rehearsal dinners. We tailor our planning services to meet the needs of your specific event. Pricing begins at $250.

Our productions have great conceptual writing, directing, and production for a many audiences. Who can give you an impression vividly?

Courageous, passionate and inspirational, Myra McKenzie Merriweather’s dedication to her craft has been a flame that’s guided a successful career of over 20 years. Myra was born on February 19,1975 in Waukegan, Illinois, and raised in Atlanta, GA with her Jamaican parents. Her mother, Claudette “McKie” McKenzie was an entrepreneur and family matriarch. It would be McKie insisting that her children learn an entrepreneurial spirit and a value on education combined with Myra’s love for performing that would first blossom while attending high school at the North Atlanta School of Performing Arts & International Studies.

Myra’s academic pursuits would land her at Georgia State University, where her dedication to acting would lead her to becoming a member of the GSU Film & Television program. She earned her MBA and, after graduation, studied acting with several respected professionals from Atlanta to Los Angeles including: Bobbie Chance (LA), Actor/Professional Actors Network Dwayne Boyd (ATL), Actor/Breakthrough Acting Studio Greg Alan Williams (ATL), JoAnne Baron/DW Brown Studio (LA), Margie Haber (LA), Actor Michael Cole (ATL), Nick Conti (ATL), and Actress Terri J. Vaughn (ATL). Myra also modeled in Spanx ads, Macys bridal shows, many Atlanta local magazines, and on WE TV House of Curves.

Myra is a dynamic talent, a skilled singer, as a member of singing group Cazhe, she has shared the same stage with platinum artist like Outkast and The O’Jays (1996 Olympics). Her first major projects as an actress came during her Walmart industrials where she debuted in 86 spots. She was also the production assistant to renowned actor, Ray McKinnon, in his Oscar-winning independent film, "The Accountant.”

Her professional career has ranged from professional event management services to national customer care manager for a Fortune 500 homebuilding company. A member of SAG-AFTRA and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, where she was given the name, ‘Allwayz’. You will always find her working as an actress, associate producer, casting director, content creator, executive producer, event manager, and plus size model while helping others.
